I am a senior global marketing operations and enterprise technology leader with over 27 years of experience helping global organizations navigate complexity, drive adoption, and deliver measurable outcomes.
For more than 18 years, my work has centered on Aprimo and enterprise content ecosystems, partnering closely with executive leadership, marketing, IT, and operations teams to align strategy with execution.
I am known for bringing clarity to complex initiatives, communicating effectively at the executive level, and delivering solutions that scale.

Much of my career has been spent working with Aprimo both as a customer and now serving our customers in the CX organization across global enterprise and mid-market organizations. I have partnered with leadership teams across marketing, IT, and operations to implement platforms, redesign processes, and drive sustained adoption.
Through my consultancy, voolama, I extend this work by advising organizations on strategy, execution, and long-term scalability—bridging the gap between vision and delivery.
